Learn character modeling in Maya with this project where we build a creature. Here you'll see how you can use NURBS during the early modeling stage to quickly build up detail. From here we work with polygons and subdivisions. With the body finished we move onto creating the armor for our character. By the end of this tutorial you'll be able to create your own biped characters in Maya.
