In this tutorial we cover UV layout and texture painting. Here you'll learn how to UV a polygon head. The maps are then taken to Photoshop for texture painting. We create color-, bump - and spec maps for human skin. We also look at how to use Maya's procedural textures, and in the final part we go over how to create bloodshot eyes with a ramp texture. After following this project you'll be able to create texture maps for your own characters in Photoshop and Maya.
