Stupid question (I think)

When I used to make a polygon shape, there was a toolbar on the right side of the screen that would allow me to adjust the x-scale, y-scale, etc. Now it isn't there. How would I go about getting that back?

Display -> UI Elements -> Channel Box/Layer Editor
