Saw this this evening, and must say, it was excellent.
I won't give out any spoilers (unless you ask for them), but I will say that the script was extremely witty, with things for both kids and adults.
Some of the jokes were ancient, but still hilarious If I tell you that they were from the Airplane school of bad jokes, I think you'll get the picture. (Don't get me wrong. I love Airplane!)

yeah it was good. No sheep like in "The close shave" :(. Still good though. Even though Aardman Studios burned down a couple of days later.

It wasn't the studio that was destroyed, it was their storage facility, but it was a terrible loss. Luckily the original Wallace & Gromit figures were elsewhere in Bristol at the time.

It was the original models that were lost (along with sets/props/models from Creature Comforts, Morph, Chicken Run, awards, storyboards and other film memorabilia ). The models from the new film were in a suit case with Nick Parks.

Just watched it tonight and yep kennez, I agree with you on the jokes :)
It's good fun, not quite like grand day out or the others but it was entertaining and a good laugh. Can't wait to watch it again to catch the bits that you often miss.
