hello all

i think im gettin close to the end of the modelling, theres a few holes to fill in with the engine but it shouldnt take too long.
i was told that the engine is different on each side but all the images i found all have the same things on both sides, if anyone knows if this is right could you let me know.

im hoping to HDRI the bike to make it look more realistic but il have to see how to do this properly.

more updates soon
thanks

hello

i havent updated this for a while, been a bit busy, but i have been texturing.

Im using HDRI to see if i can get a photoreal look to the bike.
Heres my first test render, not all of its textured yet.

i dont like the way the engine is looking but im not sure if i can change the HDR image to make it effect certain parts of the engine less.
If any one knows if this is possible could u let me know.

Thanks

the modeling looks pretty decent, but in the engine area it's kinda tough to make out. i think you need to work on making your chrome a little more dirty or less perfectly reflective so people can make out shapes instead of just staring into a mirror...

pbman

hey man
getting there slowly but surely

i agree on the engine lookin like a mirror
i also think i looks a little too thin but i dont know if that is jut the angle

i like the way the spoke an rims r looking though
oh an i like the colour on the tank

keep it up

hello

thanks for the comments guys, youre right about the miror look on the engine, il work on the reflectivity and post up an update soon.

i might make two versions. A new and dirty versions to practice some of the texturing differences, thanks for the idea NeoStrider.

pbman, i might take another look at those blueprints you sent me just to check the shapes again, thanks.

More updates soon
Thanks

hello everyone

another update. the wheels are in but i think its the angle of the camera so theyre not very noticable.

Unfortunately ive got to stop working on this for a while because ive got to do some other stuff.

Hopefully ill be able to come back to it to finish off the minor adjustments.

Thanks to everyone for their comments and help throughout.

Thanks again
