Create Curve Flow Problem :-(

Hello everyone,

i would be really glad if somebody could help me with that issue:

1) i created an ep curve
2) selected the bezierShape in the channel box
2) and went to "Effects" > "Create Curve Flow"

Now - Maya returns an error and says: "cannot find a curve shape from the object "bezierShape""

???

I`m pretty sure, this is very simple - but nevertheless - i can not figure out the problem...

Ok - it seems that the curve flow does not want a bezier curve - because, it works with any other type of curves.

Now that is solved - the next problem arises:
with the help of google i found out, that dynamics only seem to work propperly, when your working units are set to cm.
...mine are meters :furious:
...my whole project is set to meter.
what do i do now - is there any kind of workaround? oder an alternative solution to move particles along a path? (i want to create a stream of blood/particles in a tube/vene)
