ok
im thinkin of going along the lines of a robot that can do many things at once, im taking the 4 mechanical arms of doc oc from spiderman 2 and going to add them to a robot not sure if its much of a good idea or not, but, ya:) |
Do u have a sketch/storyboard u can show us?
i have one, but i dont have a scanner:(
but somehow ill try and post it .....somehow......... |
ill take a digital photo of it
good idea. try not to make the doc oc arms and claws like they are in the movie. try and make them different.

i already did, lol, im probably gonna make the textures totally different to make them seem more like NOT doc ock, LOL
ok heres a sketch of my crime-watch robot(just made it up 3 seconds ago) |
gohan is telling me that this is anime/mech if it is please tell me rite now, cuz im starting to make the robot
an anime mech, in my opinion, is a robotron, humanoid mech. This should be fine.
the box under the eye(shield wat ever u wanna call it) will have extending arms that can grab thiefs and even cats off of trees;)

heres the sketch i modified, i already kno wat i have to do from here, when i model it the ball joint for the leg, has to be bigger
im gonna make the shape of the body more like an egg shape than the one in my sketches, it looks more modern
yeh tht gives a more modern and sophisticated look..
also, i though i would redo the legs, and give it more support
maybe u can make the feet a bit more rugged. It's like it walks on knobbed shoes like a footbal player. ;)
Maybe you can get some inspiration from Star Wars its ATPT walker (follow this link). The walker's legs and feet are well designed for this kinda model. |
