Texturing a Tennis Ball - Fuzzy

I have successfully modeled and textured a Tennis ball, but I'm missing the
Fuzz on it. Could somebody help my with easiest way to create the Fuzz?

Think you could also use a antriscopic (sorry if its well out with the spelling) to create a fuzzy effect, have a search on google for creating a velvet material in maya.
