Maya lip sync tutorials?

Does anybody know tutorials to animate a mouth to talk and such :beer:

There is This One and its only costs 4 points.

I haven't purchased myself but I do plan to.

There's a free lipsynch master LE tutorial (using with maya) in the current 3D World magazine and on the CD.
I've not had a chance to play with it but it might be useful.
