hehe, neat. :) Did you do that for an art test? A buddy of mine did a very similar building for one not long ago.

Game modeling? If so, great work, and if not, still great work.

bubbleme80 25-09-2005 08:57 PM

Yes, it was a testing for a game company =)

alienscience 25-09-2005 09:44 PM

That really is something else. Any special techniques or anything that you used? I am reall interested in the small model type effect.

bubbleme80 26-09-2005 07:48 AM

there was no special technique involved.. that was my first time modeling a house, so I kinda just made everything from couple cubes.

I think it looks small because the ground plane is small.

What makes this project work is the texturing obviously lol.

thats amazing work, just goes to show that texturing is all important in low poly work, it looks superb, kudos!

Nice work bubble.

Looks like peice of a level from Call of Duty or similar WW2 FPS game.

How did you get invovled with a games company (I take it your freelancing). I want to start something and get involved in a project, but don't really know where to start.

Any Advice?

bubbleme80 04-10-2005 12:20 PM

i didn't get involved... it was a testing that i did once. i didn't get the job. im still jobless.
