Google Earth for the Body

Found this link on Google news, http://content.usatoday.com/communit...y-with-html5/1

So I figured I'd install it, haven't had the chance to look around it too much yet but figured I'd share with the people of simply maya. Who knows it could come in handy as a quick reference for muscles and bones.

Looks very good for anatomy.

Cheers Mike

Cheers for posting that Mike,

I've been searching loads for good anatomy references lately, and this looks like it'll help me tons!

Nice one mate!

I don't see an option for a male character but it's still in beta mode. Glad it's helpful to you guys, I'm sure it will be to me when I model my next human.

Don't suppose there are plans for other things (i.e. animals)?
Looks really useful, thanks for the link :)

I didn't see anything about animals in the article, but you never know with Google. That would be pretty cool if they did though.

This is cool, just gave it a try. Sure beats the slizing of the dead, do you know if it was made specifically for med students? You should add the link to the anatomy thread in the resource lounge.

Unfortunately I only know as much as the article I linked to says. I haven't done any further research on this yet. I will post this link in the resources lounge right now.

I looked into this, screwed around with it for ten or fifteen minutes, and it looks pretty cool actually, the movement could be a bit friendlier but all in all it is a pretty neat tool, Thanks Rhet.
