First of all, there a high chance cannot devot enough time to this to get far, but i'll do my best. (Currenty working on 3 traditional animation projects)

I have two ideas.

1. This is a traditional pirate, along similar lines to Pirates of the Caribbean. Maybe like Johnny Depp, maybe part skeleton like Geoffery Rush. His sidekick would be monkey.

2. This pirate is bases on the Japanese samurai. Still pirate, but dressed in traditional samurai attire with katana.

Right now i'm with idea 1, but i'll see how they develop.
