Hi

I am new to this site and need some advice before i buy some tutorials.

I want to learn how to create good environment models for games (to become an environment artist)
and also how to texture them using the best techniques and what types of texture maps are best to use.

can anyone tell me what tutorials on this site would be best for this

though they are not game style they will give you an idea of how to model an environment from scratch. Try google for modelling environments for games.
