Resize the joints?
 

Hi
I want my joints and bones to be smaller
this is how i have them:

haven't got maya open at mo so can't remember names of boxes exactly but its under the menu in which you can get to your preferences, should be a part around there called joint size, if you open the option box of that you can change the size of the joints there.
