Odd face problem

Hey Guys&Girls!
I' ve an unusual modeling problem. Its not a complex model, easy to rebuild. I just want to find a solution to fix it. Its like a double extrude with merged vertxes. If I delete a face, i ve another face under it. I can not select the extra faces & delete them. I ve tried to separate them with soft select (doesnt work), maya UV mapping, headousUV,Zbrush(autoUV) & of course cleanup. Cleanup makes like 1200 faces. Anyone knows a normal way ? |

Didn't find any possibility in maya. Headus uv layout has an option under loading (CLEAN), it deletes the odd faces & you re free to go.
You should run H.uv layout from windows. If you run it from maya the clean option is grey so u cant use it... |
