here you go textures are starting to come along and dont look at the roof its green for textureing reasons, colour coding my textures helps speed things up.
c and c's welcomed http://img120.imageshack.us/img120/2882/house1lu2.jpg http://img136.imageshack.us/img136/6578/house2el9.jpg |
ok so i'm gonna break my wood work on the building i broke the front as a test to see if it looks older, what do you guys think? and the basic textures are done and just need detials, I also upgraded my window material to look a bit more glass like.
http://img170.imageshack.us/img170/9729/house1xt7.jpg http://img244.imageshack.us/img244/9489/house2qe6.jpg i know it's not much of an update but i keep gettin power cuts and i never saved, a valuable lesson has been learnt. |
this is it all done, i have been playing with lighting and here are my results.to different rigs here, could you say with was is more realistic for out door lighting. take into consideration the GI and FG in both the images and i can mix and match the rigs, like take the sky light from the 2nd one and put it in the first rig

Nicely done!

oh cheers man, on to the next model...the barn :attn:
|
wow this is really good, i like the model and can't wait to see the barn along with it. good lighting in the first, it looks realistic  .
|
the first rig i used was of my own design just a bunch of directional lights with different colours and strengths but the other is from a tutorial.
i will post my drawings for my barn later so you lot can see it befor i start modeling |
i'm finished with the house now and time to move onto the next model...the barn

here is the first part of the barn, won't take to long to model but the texture are the bit thats gonna be time consuming. http://img62.imageshack.us/img62/6086/barn1lj7.jpg http://img62.imageshack.us/img62/272/barn2ev9.jpg |
