Painting Weights
 

I am painting weights on my model. When I select the mesh, all the lines that define the individual polygons, obscure my view of what I am painting. Any tips to clear up my work environment?

Strange, do you have show lines/wire on?(Do you see the wire when you are usualy modeling?

there is a display option in the paint weights options that will turn on/off the wireframe. Maybe that will help.
