Cluster Drift on spline IK

here is the problem i face when i apply cluster and parent to root.
The last curve point drift/ or received double input when i move the root.

hope someone can help me out here .. thanks ^^

HAve you deleted the history on the clusters and the circles before applying the constriants? Just that it looks like you might have some double transforms.

yeap. But its shouldnt have any history conflict right?
anyway, tried and....
Still same problem happen :(
