Hi When using image planes or just using a shader with an image onto a surface I got this blurred image when dragging the cursor

Is that the video card or is it something I did wrong ?

Ib tutorials I was watching - it did not happen.

hmm - I have an Ati Radeon 9700 Pro and dont have this problem- looks really strange to me...
