UI problem

Well, the thing is, that my move, rotate and scale tools now have the little arrows VERY CLOSE to the center. Its like touching the boxs and its really frickin annoying. How do I reset it so that the handles are nice and long like in the default setting?

press "-" and "=" to decrease and increase the size.
