Refrence Images Distorted
 

Hey guys, new to Maya 7. Just got it today. So i'm following the Tie Fighter tutorial and when I go to set up reference pictures it starts to distort on me. Then front view looks fine but when I load in the side view reference picture it distorts all wierd :\ Can anyone help me?
