Relations and functions HELP

Relations and functions HELP
im having slight trouble with a couple of questions, if anyone one could help, it is much appreciated

iii) Define a relation to show how pages on a website are related.

iv) Describe and show how you could use relational composition to
identify those pages which are two links apart. How could you use
relational composition to identify pages which are n-links apart?

Thanks in advance

Sounds like a web design course. Without directly answering the questions for you, look at some websites...what makes them cohesive from page to page? How are things grouped together? Read up on Gestalt principles as applied to design. Andy Rutledge has a nice 3-part series on it...here's the third part (you can find links to the previous two at the bottom of the page)

Gestalt Principles of Perception

i would think that course materials tell you the answer

is there something in them that you do not understand?

Not to sound harsh but exactly. I would have a word with your lecturer if you are stuck and ask for info.

for two pages x and y, R(x,y) is true iff x has a link to y.

I think this is the first half of the question???

yes, do you know why?
