final gather points not showing in viewport (maya 2008)
 

i dont know why but they are not showing up in the viewport.

in my render globals, inable map visualizer is checked on and rebuild is set to on, and file name is test.fgmap.

i checked the settings and increased the size of the final gather points from 1 to 3 and it is still the same.

anyone have an explanation to this?
