How can my paint effect brush can stick to the polygon object and draw a hair to it :?

Select it then go to paint effects -> make paintable, a quick look in the help files would have had you going in seconds

There is also a short tutorial on that on my minisite under the Hair > Other Methods > Paint Effects menu option.

How can i draw on Polygon object this hair ????
