Yet another Boolean issue
 

Ok I've had the issues with both geometry disappearing and can sometime figure out what the problem is. Here's another issue I have on occassion. After Boolean's Union is selected, the geometry combines but snaps a whole side of verticies to the grid center point. What's the deal with that??
