Is it possible to give a tutorial on car modeling? I have a class project about modeling and I am thinking of modeling a sport car which draws everyone attention.
I know I lot of members like to be able to create a car too.

it is planned for a tutorial series in the future. I'm going to complete the redone shark vids, character rigging, and poly head series first. ;)

I am working on a mclaren tutorial as we speak!

This will be based of philips tutorial over at SLW. But converted to maya.

Btw to get you through mike has a html car tut on his site :)

until the mclaren tutorial is ready, they have a "Maya Jaguar XJ220 Car Tutorial" on 3D-palace... it is made with polygons... -->

which might help you in getting some techniqes... to get started with... :)
