im stuck
 

in the mech tuturiorial on doing the arcs for the foot section when i come to extrude the faces the have an outside face but if you turn the whole arc polygon around you can see into the section please help

In your polygon tool option under yout polygon menu make sure you have keep faces together. This should stop that from happening.
