Looks really good.. the only thing I would like to see played with a bit more is the sky and clouds.. (More the clouds)... they dont really match the feel of the rest of the composition.

Other than clouds I vote Gallery

caligraphics 23-03-2003 04:05 PM

heh.. I am gonna call the image finished... for now. And Im quite happy with the clouds, so like it or not - the image is finished.

:P

LOL.....The cloud above the big block looks like a teddy bear. :)

Don't know if intentional or not, but looks funny to me. :)

oh my lord, he seems to have misplaced his pants, among other things.... gallery nonetheless!

BabyDuck 24-03-2003 02:47 PM

i have to agree with kurt - the cloud are a bit strange. the clouds look too much like a 2d background. and coulds usually not touch the horizon at such a size - the transition from ground to sky is more smooth and clouds that far away can usually not be distinguished. this way it looks the scene is ontop of a mountain. and this looks even more like that, as the sand seams not to cover a lot of distance.

caligraphics 25-03-2003 07:04 AM

mshoward82 : its fully intensional :P

dannyngan 25-03-2003 07:15 AM

good but one big problem... grass??? in sand.. pure sand???

Hidalgo 29-03-2003 05:12 AM

I just love that model!

It's got such a surreal look to it!

Good job!

The background does look like it's "painted" on though.

There is grass in sand for reality. go to some beaches in florida. Along the Nile in Egipt..

love the painted look to the clouds, personly
