Another Quick update, main model is praticly finished obviously there are still a few tweeks i need to do and i will now be starting the lovely task of UV Mapping :headbang: :headbang:
Anyone who has any hints on UV mapping please let me know as i am pretty poor at it  anyway this update i just played around with poses tinking that i may stick with this as i do want metal sonic to be running in the final render |
You finished very fast, and its great ;).
I can't wait to see it finish :D:D. Good louck with the texture  |
nice and fast modelling :)
His pose looks like the final yards of a sprint race (which may be what you're after and looks good). If not then you'll need to alternate the arms/legs into a more realistic pose and good luck with the UV's, it can be daunting! Check out mr mckinleys UV tutorial on his website for some useful hints and tips, it helped me :) |
A wire would be nice to see. :)

Quick updat i started texturing the head but there's still a lot of work to do
i want to post a wireframe as suggested does anyone know how to render out a wireframe on a smooth shaded model?? cheers for the support people:attn: :attn: |
(Assuming your using maya), In your shading tab, select wireframe on shaded. Do a screen capture of your work area, and import into photoshop or another paint program. Save as .jpg and post in forum. This is how most people do it.
Or you can map your UV's and use the layout as a texture. Your wire will then show in a render. Hope this helps out. |
