Extruding Points/edges
 

Hey guys,

Im modeling a car and I want to extrude the the windscreen face inbit. I select the edges that I need, but after clicking the extrution tool, the edges don't extrude. but only the faces around the edges extrude



attached is copy of my car, so if there is any1 kind enuf to take alook at it, I would be really appreaciated

I might be misunderstanding you, but why don't you select the front face of the windscreen to extrude, that's the usual method :)

its not the side faces extruding, its the edges that are extruding. selecting the edges and extruding them forward will not extrude the face of the windscreen, you need to select the front faces (sorry to repeat myself :) )
