maya 8 modeling menu set

Hey, Maya guys, I just got my Maya 8 software. But it doesn't have a "modeling" menu set (at least I think it doesn't) and I use modeling a lot. Does Maya 8 have a modeling menu set? If not, is there a way to get it? Reply ASAP.

they split up the modeling menu set into "polygon" and "surface" menus :-D

yes they've fiddled with a fair few of the menus, and rather helpfully not updated the help files.
