Isoparm to Curve
I'm absolutly sure Maya can do this, but I can't find it.
I want to select an isoparm, and then get a new curve that is not part of the original object. Thanks. |
right click on the nurbs surface select isoparm move the yellow line to the location you want to create your line and than go to edit nurbs menu insert isoparms.

Roach,
This inserts an isoparm on the object. Not what I'm looking for. I want it to make a curve object that is separate from my NURBS object. |
Found it!
Select the Isoparm. Goto Edit Curves -> Duplicate Surface Curves. |
