How do you make fur or hair I dont know how to do that

well, that depends, there should be a fur shelf, and just select an object and click a fur icon. make sure the object has been mapped so nothing overlaps

there is a fur shelf but nothing is there there is no icon

hmmmmmm........ did you delete them by accident?

There should be a Fur menu... I think it's in the Rendering menuset...
