My first head!

Um, er ,well...

Tataa - here it comes: my first head!

I know, there's a lot of things I could add to it, but I consider it as being finished.

I've had enough of it.

Worked on it since january (:o ), but that's due to the fact that I had to put in some rather long breaks inbetween (weeks, that is).

Anyway, I'm done with it.

Let me know what you think, please!

Good night!

Really nice...

Little crit

I like most of the skin tone.. the leather patches on his brows I find a bit out of place, might want to get ride of that or tone it down a lot..... The eyes seem to be a bit out of place as well, just tone them down a bit if you want.. would help him become a bit more realistic... The eyes seem to be a different style than the rest.

The rest of him is great. I love a lot of the skin around the mouth and chin areas, very well done... Horns look great..

Keep up the good work...

Hi Kurt, thanks for the crit.

You were right with the eyes, there was something about them I didn't like myself.

I've changed them a bit ( pretty gloomy now), and also muted the scale pattern on his brows a little.

Let me now what you think of it.

Much better mate...... great stuff...

mumbojumbo_13 26-05-2003 12:23 PM

nice man :D
it looks a bit like the hobbit mans tut
did you base it on that ?

Renderizer 26-05-2003 12:41 PM

Hey, mumbojumbo_13 - good man yourself - have a beer!

Yep, it's based on the tut by the hobbit guy, but I decided not to leave it as it was but to make something else out of it. So I came up with the horns and some other stuff.

Trouble is, it took me so long to get by with the model, I can't see him anymore... :p

Renderizer 12-06-2003 06:20 PM

Hi there,

thanks a lot and sorry for the delay...

I`m on my holydays at the moment, and this is the first time in a week that I have a chance to take a look at my mails. Won`t be back home before the 15th, so I think I`ll post the textures next monday.

See ya,
