These chilis were modeled and rendered in Lightwave version 7.5 in 2003 for SimplyLightwave.

They look cool...I mean hot...dammit they look good.

little bump .Overall this is amazing..:D like the specularity.

I like it too it's simple and nice. We had a free tutorial on SimplyLightwave for creating this specific render but we had to take it off the new site because the audio was beyond saving. That has a gorgeous texture to it!

Is it a bump texture on the shader that gives it the lumpiness, or some kind of billow in the spec? would anyone hassard a guess?

I particularly liked the tag line I saw on one of his pages....

Very true words indeed!

If I remember correctly it was just a noise layer added to the bump channel.

Just like they are real chilis,simple and beautiful!:P
