Chibi manga characters for my game
 

I made these really cute chibi manga humans for a game i'm trying to make and have been planning on for years. I've redone the graphics for the heads/bodies several times over about 4 years. The game is going to be called Peoplez, and I will program it in Dark Basic Pro. This game will be sort of like The Sims 1 and The Sims 2 combined, basically a hard to make human simulation game. I even planned out 3 expansion packs, made intro movies for each of them, and made a website. It's not published yet though, and it will take me a long time to make all the 3d graphics for this game, and program it.

Hmz, not to keen about the looks of the characters,

The hair could be textured much better,

The characters dont really look like wow this is cool, maybe try to get that wow in there. google some images.

They are supposed to look like chibi cartoon characters, and I wasn't planning on going for the realistic looks. I wanted to have the characters look as simple as possible, because that's what a chibi character is, simple.

i'm sorry tammy - but i agree with aikoworld - i don't think he's saying that the characters can't be simple - but they need to work - at the moment they just seem a little rushed and samey and yes, i think the shape of the hair and textures need more done to them.

of course we haven't seen the rest of the designs for the game and maybe they fit in great and look splendid in context.

keep posting more of your content for the game so we can see how it all works together.
