Missing points
 

Because of problems with our dns servers we've had some people's recent points purchases not automatically added to there account we apologise for this. The problem has now been resolved and we're in the process of adding the missing points now as well as a few extra to make up for the inconveniences.

Remove the software you were using for downloads, it will still want to take charge of any downloads from the Internet. SM (both) and SL do not support downloading from any download managers, the internet is fast enough now that the chances of a broken download are greatly limited, so the need to do resumes are also limited.

I Remove the software ... and I'm used another Computer ..
