Problem downloading

I am trying to download one of the free maya models, but all I get is a text file... is there a trick to save it as a .mb??

Right click and save as when you go to download.

And its a .zip file you'll get

you poınt one to now downloads but 100 point free downloaads..and dap accalaretor and flashget...
