I figure I might as well post a wip thread for this guy. He is not very good modelling wise, but I hope to get a good texture on him, as I have never textured anything before. Maybe he will look good eventually :)

Oh, and it also has 75 non planar faces in the low poly version. Does that really matter, because the smoothing fixes all of that.

I have been trying to lay the uvs out all day with no luck....ARGHH!!!!!!!! this uv layout stuff aint as easy as it looks.

Uv layout is a art form all its own mate... Just takes time and practise.
