Orders Status ???
 

Hello,
I'd like to find out the status of my orders. I have placed 2 orders. One for the Centaur DVD set and the other for the Haunted House Modeling + Texturing DVD set. I've tried emailing david@simply3dworld.com and admin@simply3dworld.com. No reply from either. So I thought I'd post this here. I just wanted to know when I'll be receiving my DVDs as it's been 10 days since I placed my order and I havent received any tracking# or anything like that. It took only 4 or 5 days for the Free T-Rex DVD to get to me. I would really appreciate if someone let me know what's up.

Ok you should have posted this in the DVD forum. But nevermind.

You need to email postusandcan@simply3dworld.com if your in the US or Canada, postukandeurope@simply3dworld.com for the rest of the planet.

If you ordered in the US I am aware there have been a few problems with the master discs. This has now been fixed and any late orders should be on their way within the next week.

I apologise for any inconvenience.
