Head modelling tutorial
 

Hi,
Im looking for a (free) newbie-friendly head modelling tutorial. Any tips are appreciated. Thanks !:)

Download free basics of cps tool tutorial from this site, it is in free video trening section, then dload CPS plug in and play with it, I have just modeled my first poly head and it is wonderful what you can do with cps

"CPS" comes with Maya now in 5.0+ called Smooth Proxy. Same general thing.

An addition: Do you guys have any links to sites that have profile images of face/head shots that i can use in the image plane? thanks! :)

I believe I saw Mike recommend this site: http://www.3d.sk/ in another thread. It has a few head profiles as well as full body shots for reference modeling.

hey where is the stuff from that site??? :) just joking, is that site with references for free, i don`t have credit card so i can`t pay for anything on the net, and that`s why i haven`t purchased that organic modeling tutorial :( buhuhuuuu

3d.sk or correct proportion?
3d.sk is not free, but it has some free samples. correct proportion is a free site but there are hardly any images with the quality of 3d.sk

Correct proportions, sorry for not answering but i had some problems with mine computer but now it`s all alright!!
