GI tutorial ... Clean Mesh script....

I am following the GI tutorial and the author keeps using a "clean mesh" script which he implies is part of MJPolyTools. I have MJPolyTools 1.3 and there is no such script.

Can the author or anyone please tell me where the actual script that is being used can be found please?
