Duplicate Special acting weird

Ok so im trying to model another face, this will be my second one if i can ever get it to work right...anywho when I do duplicate special it duplicates the muscle around the mouth right but the eye doesn't go to the right spot....even mirror geometry doesn't get it right, i froze the transformations for both the eye piece and mouth piece...posting pics.

Why so serious!!! ( always wanted to say that LOL)
It is better to center the sourceimage to the grid and use <insert> to place the manipulator at the centergrid point ( snap with X) then duplicate and scale in minus X( check normals).

I personally favor this way instead of the " automated" way this way you have more control about what you are doing

Will be interesting to see this progress:beer:

I do model faces simular to Ozgalis, but I dont mirror till I have blocked out one side..........dave

Edit:There are a few problems you need to look out for if you are going to take the model into say zbrush doing it this way
