Animation Popping with Paint Effects
 

I have a scene where a bunch of ivy and vines grow along a wall using paint effects. I keyframed the End bounds "Max Clip" and the flow speed under flow animation to 1.00. But when I playblast the scene, some twigs "pop" up and doesn't give me smooth growth animation. How do I get a smooth growth of my vines without decreasing the flow speed?
