Scale object shape

Hello,
I've got a problem. I want to know, how can I shrink this objects shape within Maya, 3DS Max or Zbrush? I use these 3 softwares mainly. So, if you suggest me a way to shrink the shape within those software, I would really appreciate that. Thank you Here is the link of the objects image: |
