Can't find save file
 

So I'm on a Mac and while I was working on my project it crashed but it had temporarily saved. I kept saving through out until I finished. I forgot it had crashed so I thought I was saving under my first save file but apparently I didn't and now I can't find it anywhere and I'm worried its gone now forever.
