2 questions really appreciated if answered
(1) I have a feeling this has been a very clicheic question but ill ask anyway cause i cant find the answer: any of you know how to convert a max model to something importable to maya.
(2)any of u know the hotkey for shading>xray. I looked all over the archive but couldnt find it. thanks |
1) Export from 3ds Max to a .obj file. Then, in Maya go to windows-I think settings and preferences-plug-in manager. Eneble Objexport (enable, autoload checked).
Then open the obj file as you would any other file. 2) Look in the Maya Chat forum- this question has just been answered |
