Does anyone know how to make the (.tga) files into a movie in adobe premiere? I have 80 .tga images.

Import them like any other media file. If they're numbered, premiere will say something to the effect "This appears to be an image sequence, would you like to load all the images?" Say, "Yes" and it should import everything.
