--maya vector, not an option?
 

hey guys
ive been really busy working on a dragon character for a project of mine, for an internet cartoon.

i have maya 8, but for some reason the maya vector option doesnt show where it did when i used maya 7. i've tried re-installin, TWICE, and there is no change whatsoever.

any tips?? coz i really need the vector renderer.

You've not got mantal ray either, have a look in the plug in manager. Have look in the help files to see what plug in you need to load to get it.
