creased topology
 

I have these creases in my model and im wondering what is the best way to smooth them all out properly. when i try the smooth option all hell breaks loose with them

also. can anyone tell me when i rotate an object before i boolean/difference it makes them disappear. freezing transformations and clearing history doesnt work either
